  • Identity Verification: Candidates may be asked to provide identification document numbers (e.g., Military ID, passport, national ID, or driver’s license) during application or scheduling. In cases where identity verification is required for exam delivery, candidates may need to display their ID to a live proctor. ARTiBA does not collect or store ID images or documents long-term, and any verification conducted during the exam process is handled securely and temporarily for the purpose of identity confirmation only.
  • Financial Information: Payment details, such as bank account or credit card information, are processed securely through third-party payment processors like Stripe. ARTiBA does not store or retain any of your financial information on its servers.
  • Communications: Includes all correspondence with ARTiBA, such as inquiries submitted through web forms, email conversations, newsletter subscriptions, and messages sent via social media or other platforms. These interactions may be logged for service improvement, support tracking, or follow-up communication purposes.

1.2 Information ARTiBA collects automatically

  • Usage and Geo-location Data: IP address, pages visited, search behavior, and location-based data.
  • Log and Device Information: Access dates and times, hardware/software specifications, browser type.
