Exam Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Exam Scheduling

You have 180 days from the date of registration confirmation to prepare for and take your certification exam. It is your responsibility to schedule your exam in a timely manner to secure your preferred exam window.

Scheduling is available through your myARTiBA dashboard. Once scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with your selected date and time. Please ensure you select the correct time zone; we strongly recommend verifying your selection using the UTC/GMT dropdown during scheduling to avoid confusion.

Exam Rescheduling

You may reschedule your exam free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.

If you reschedule within 72 hours of the exam, a USD 50 fee will apply. All rescheduling requests must be submitted through your myARTiBA dashboard.

Exam Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your scheduled exam, you must initiate the cancellation at least 72 hours before the exam time and pay a USD 50 rescheduling fee. This will extend your eligibility period by another 180 days, allowing you to reschedule the exam. Cancellations are not allowed within 72 hours of the scheduled time. If you do not appear for the exam and no prior cancellation is approved, you will be marked as a No Show, and your eligibility will expire.

To request a cancellation within 72 hours, please contact the ARTiBA Support Team. Approvals in such cases are granted only under exceptional circumstances.

Reappearing for the Exam

If you do not appear for your scheduled exam or do not pass the exam, you may reapply at any time after your official result is posted.

A USD 50 reattempt fee applies and can be paid through your myARTiBA dashboard.

Failure to Schedule Within the Window

If you do not schedule your exam within the 180-day period, your exam window will expire. You can extend your exam window by paying a USD 50 reactivation fee via your myARTiBA dashboard.
