Identification Policy

As an AiE™ candidate, you must provide government-issued valid ID proofs while scheduling and taking your exam. During the scheduling process, you must submit details of two valid identification documents that are current (valid) and will remain valid on the exam day. On the exam day, you must present your ID on the screen to the remote proctor. If there is any discrepancy in the ID presented or the ID does not meet the requirements mentioned above, the remote proctor may refuse entry into the exam zone on the platform.

To ensure a smooth verification process, it is recommended that you make sure the exam room is well-lit and that your webcam has good resolution.

Essential ID requirements:

  • The examinee's full name entered during AiE™ registration must exactly match the full name on both IDs submitted on exam day.
  • The examinee must bring original identification documents on the day of the exam. Photocopies will not be accepted, and the proctor will deny entry to the exam area.

Acceptable IDs:

  • Government-issued driver's license
  • Passport
  • Military ID
  • State/country ID card
  • Employee/school ID
