Audit Policy

ARTiBA conducts periodic audits of certification applications to ensure the integrity, fairness, and compliance of its credentialing process. By submitting your application for any ARTiBA certification, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of your application being selected for audit at any point before, during, or after the certification is granted.

Purpose of the Audit

The audit process is intended to verify the accuracy of the information provided in your application, such as:

  • Educational qualifications
  • Professional experience
  • Identity verification
  • Compliance with eligibility and policy requirements

This process helps uphold the rigor and credibility of the ARTiBA certifications and ensures that all candidates are evaluated against consistent standards.

Audit Selection

Audits are conducted:

  • Randomly, as part of ARTiBA’s quality assurance protocols
  • Targeted, if discrepancies are found in the application or documentation

Being selected for audit does not imply any wrongdoing. It is a standard part of credentialing procedures across globally respected certification bodies.

Notification & Documentation

If your application is selected for audit you will receive an official email notification from ARTiBA explaining the audit steps. You will be required to submit scanned copies of original documentation, including:

  • Degree certificates or transcripts
  • Employment letters or other proof of professional experience
  • Government-issued identification, if requested

These documents must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the audit notice.

Review Process and Outcomes

ARTiBA’s audit team will review the submitted documentation within 10–15 business days. Possible outcomes include:

  • Successful Verification: Your application proceeds normally.
  • Request for Additional Information: You may be asked to clarify or supplement documentation.
  • Audit Failure: If documents are found to be falsified, unverifiable, or inconsistent, your application may be declined or your certification revoked (if already awarded). Serious violations may result in a ban from future ARTiBA programs.

Non-Compliance

Failure to respond to the audit notification within the stipulated time or refusal to participate in the audit process will result in suspension of your application or certification, cancellation of exam scheduling or results (if applicable) or loss of eligibility for a specified period.
